Greetings Citrus Valley Patients,

Citrus Valley Medical is excited to introduce a new Medical Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management (PM) system, along with the NextGen Patient Portal launching on May 30th, 2025. Please pre-register starting on May 30, 2025, using your current email. After registration, you’ll enjoy new features
including Online Scheduling.

TO REQUEST ACCESS TO OUR NEW PATIENT PORTAL YOU HAVE OPTIONS:

Option 1: Visit www.themightydocs.com and use the “We’re Online” chat box.
Option 2: Call your provider’s office to request access.
Option 3: Contact your provider’s Medical Assistant directly.

 

Note that staff will not respond to new messages until June 3rd

UpDox Patient Portal will be discontinued after May 28th.
